Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time
You can cancel your Momentra plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
No refunds
Payments already made are not refunded. This applies to monthly and annual plans, additional organizations, and one-time credit purchases.
How to cancel
Email peter@momentra.org from your account email and we will cancel your plan.
