Momentra is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentra disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

You may ask Momentra to index only websites, calendars, and other sources that you are authorized to access and use. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, permissions, website terms, and other requirements that apply to the sources, regions, and actions included in your request.

Momentra acts only on the instructions supplied by you or by an assistant acting on your behalf. Your instructions do not transfer your legal responsibilities to Momentra, and these terms do not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
